The new unit is called a Scout Active Support Unit (SASU). The unit is for anyone over 18 who either, would like to help when they can or would like to support the group with a particular skill they would like to share.
If you would like to get involved but unsure what you’d like to do, all our members will receive invites for anything going on, if you’re interested or would like to have a go at a new activity you’re more than welcome to join in!
Now and again we plan to run skills training sessions for the leadership team in the group and all SASU members, all supporting each other learn will increase the availability of activities and skills for our young members in the group.
